In Southern California it rains very little so I always get excited when it does. My ideal rainy day would be doing anything that involved not having to get on the freeway since Californians drive like maniacs in bad weather. The outfit above seems like it'd be perfect for a rainy day. Now if only I knew where to find a fair trade umbrella!
